I will open a case for this but just wondering whether anyone else has experienced this.
If you use logmein to remote control a pc and then look at a visual discovery page through the host computer, all charts are blacked out and do not display. Datasheets display fine, but charts do not. I guess the activex is not playing nicely with logmein. Anybody else see this?
thx

I've seen similar problems where the issue was the resolution that Logmein was using. In particular, it tries to use the lowest resolution possible in order to keep the screen refreshes acceptable.
Have you looked at the icons on the Logmein drop down menu at the top center of the screen (how's that for vague?)? One of them deals with resolution.
