Hi All,

Iam Having an Issue with Running the Report in QA Environment.The same Report is working fine in DEV Environment, We moved all the Master Files, and supporting files to QA.

When Iam testing the Report in QA Dashboard Iam getting following error message.

"Unknown Error Occured Agents on Reporting Server EDASERVE may have crashed.Please Investigate Reporting Server log.

Any suggestions , Please..

Have you actually done this.

If the edaprint logfile does not show why then you need to turn on traces and
look at the trace file for a possible cause.
