I am getting below error, when I am trying to schedule in report caster.
"SU. COMMUNICATION IS NOT AVAILABLE TO CENTRAL DATABASE MACHINE: (EDA 542)"
When I restart the workspace, I can schedule. Once the schedule executes successfully, I get message as "Login Failed".
But there is no problem with Login ID.
Can someone help me to get rid off these messages ?

When you get the SU message, you should go to the web console of the reporting server, Configuration/Special Services/FDS. FDS stands for FOCUS Database Server. You can just restart the FDS. However, if the FDS goes down frequently, you might want to open a case with IBI so that you can trace why that it happening.
You don't indicate where the login message is failing, getting into RC, running the schedule and in the log? Please clarify.
