If I create a change management package in 8005 or 8105, will there be any problems importing them to 8105M?

To my recollection, no.

Anything from 8.0 should be good to CM to 8.1. Not the case to 8.2 yet though.

Currently WebFOCUS 8.2 is for new accounts only. The estimated release date for release with change management is 2017 Q1.
