while Migrating this code in WebFCOUS 8 we are not getting the alternate of this command .
Please suggest what is the alternate command or correct command in WebFOCUS 8105 for
-SET EMGSRV=OFF

we are migrating other developers code , and they used hyphen(-) in from of SET,
I searched the content in help page , but in help page EMGSRV is Storing Multiple Messages for Later Execution.This message has been edited. Last edited by: Chaudhary,
You obviously didn't search on the link that I gave you.
If you are migrating code from elsewhere and you run across these types of issues, surely your first point of call is to check syntax? Whether the code is yours or not, you are migrating that piece of code. If it were me then I would want to know that the code was as syntactically correct as I could ensure, so as to reduce potential failure(s) in future.
Have you thought of changing the syntax and then remigrating that piece of code (if you are able)? That way you might identify whether your migration process remediates this particular situation (doubtful, but useful to know for certain).
