I need some help from the webfocus gurus. I am trying to create a file with financial aid award data. The data is currently sorted as follows and each person can have several different awards.
ID Name Term Fnd Amt 942 Jack 200980 Loan1 600 942 Jack 200980 Loan2 500 942 Jack 200980 Grant1 1500 942 Jack 201020 Loan1 600 942 Jack 201020 Loan2 500 942 Jack 201020 Grant1 1500
I need the output to look like this
ID Name Fnd1 TermAmt1 TermAmt2 Fnd1Total Fnd2 TermAmt1 TermAmt2 Fnd2Total Fnd3 TermAmt1 TermAmt2 Fnd3Total
How can this be done with Web Focus. I've tried the across and have gotten close except I only want the Fnd to appear once. I get something like this.
ID Name Fnd1 TermAmt1 Fnd1 TermAmt2 Fnd2 TermAmt1 Fnd2 TermAmt2
I also haven't figured out how to get the FndTotals
I am using Developer studio and I believe the Web Focus version is 7.6. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What are the field in your MFD? Please check documentation for the syntax of the key words SUM, BY, ACROSS, and perhaps SUBTOTAL. I'm sure that'll get you started.
