Can anyone shed any light on the cause of this error message
FILE NOT FOUND: MSGSVC ERRORS

I believe it is a Windows error not a WebFOCUS error but I need to get some idea of what might be causing it so I can pass it to IT to fix.

msgsvc.err is file located under the reporting server directory. Could be the file is missing or a permissions issue. What platform is the server on and are there any other error messages?

This is WebFOCUS 7.13 on Windows 2003 Server.
I'll check for the existence of the file as you suggest.
