Multi-select Listbox - unselect "All" if another selected
How do we automatically unselect the "All" option in a mult-select listbox if the user inadvertantly selects "All" and one or more other items?

I think it's standard practice (at least for our sites and other examples i've seen) not to use ALL in a mulit-select box. If they want all, they can select all.
