My Drop Downs all appear blank when the page loads. If I hit RESET, the drop downs load.
The 4 drop downs are loading from 1 MASTER file.
I have tried both CHAINED and UNCHAINED; with ALL option and without.

I have even stated with a BLANK HTML and used
the CAR file. Any ideas what's wrong?

Please post your html code which you tried using CAR master.

The issue here was that the drop downs were taking too long to load. I'm adding this information in case someone else runs across this in the future.
