What is the correct syntax if I need to add a 2nd condition ( T4.T4.XXXX EQ 'X') "AND" to the where statement in Pop4 Parameter:

WHERE (T1.T1.Pop1 EQ 'Y' AND 'Y' EQ '&Pop1_FLAG') OR
(T1.T1.Pop2 EQ 'Y' AND 'Y' EQ '&Pop2_FLAG') OR
(T1.T1.Pop3 EQ 'Y' AND 'Y' EQ '&Pop3_FLAG') OR
(T1.T1.Pop4 EQ 'Y' AND T4.T4.XXXX EQ 'X' T4.T4.XXXX EQ 'X' AND 'Y' EQ '&Pop4_FLAG');

is that what you want? why not just make a single compound out of the Pop4 EQ 'Y' OR &Pop4_FLAG.QUOTEDSTSRING

I think you mean
WHERE (T1.T1.Pop1 EQ 'Y' AND 'Y' EQ '&Pop1_FLAG') OR
      (T1.T1.Pop2 EQ 'Y' AND 'Y' EQ '&Pop2_FLAG') OR
      (T1.T1.Pop3 EQ 'Y' AND 'Y' EQ '&Pop3_FLAG') OR
      (T1.T1.Pop4 EQ 'Y' AND  T4.T4.XXXX EQ 'X' AND 'Y' EQ '&Pop4_FLAG');


You duplicated part of an expression in that last line.
