we are planning to upgrade our webFOCUS version form 764 to 76.11. This is the first time I am involving in upgrading process so you if you have any experience/issues faced during this process, if you able to share the ideas it will be helpful for us and please list out things to take care and files to have backup for this upgradation.

I think I remember some posts on upgrading within this forum. Try to do a search for Upgrade and maybe you'll get some answers...
