Can anyone tell me why some but not all of our users are getting an unparsed html document instead of the pivot table output?

Using Internet Explorer?? Are they configured the same for excel plug ins.

Their browsers are the same as mine. Only known difference in machines is that my machine has Front Page.

The can run the job and it will return back to them unparsed. Then they save the output and mail it to me and when I open the file it is parsed.

Check the settings on your users EXCEL program and compare them to yours. Tools->Options->General Tab->WebOptions button.

There only difference is they have EXCEL 2000 and I have EXCEL 2002. I would not think that this is a problem. One of the users that can open the document has EXCEL '97.
