When setting up a drilldown to link to a Lotus Notes document, the Excel link works as expected. That is you click on it, the Lotus Notes document is opened and it is brought into focus as the front window. In the PDF document the hyperlink doesn't work at all. It shows up with the "a href=" etc. but does not create a clickable link. The HTML version of the document almost works. The document is opened in Lotus Notes, but it is not brought forward as the active window. When a parameter of "target=_blank" is added the Lotus Notes document becomes the active window, but a new blank window is opened. This blank window has to be closed manually and is not a positive feature. Has anyone figured out a way to get PDF and HTML drilldowns to work properly?

Has this issue regarding Lotus Notes URL been resolved?
I ran some quick search on the online document and realized that this may be a problem with the Adobe version. Please contact Information Builders' Customer Support Services and open a case for further assistance on this issue. The phone number is 1-800-736-6130, or you may access the online system InfoResponse.
Hope it helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
