Hi,

I want to create a compound excel report with two tabs using Mainframe FOCUS 7.3.9. Could some please let me know is it possible to create? If possible then how?

Hi Waz,

I am able to generate compound excel sheet with FOCUS 7.6.11. and using FOCUS 7.3.9 I am able to generate compound PDF but not EXCEL.

When I use following code in FOCUS 7.3.9

ON TABLE HOLD AS ABC FORMAT EXCEL OPEN

it is throwing an error

(FOC002) A WORD IS NOT RECOGNIZED: OPEN

Let me know if there is any other way to do it.

Try EXL2K instead of EXCEL as the format.

Hi Amar,

Instead of saying "both of them not working..", how about letting us know more information, like what happened, is there an error message, does it produce, but excel doen't like the file, etc.
