Hi All,

I am trying to install Webfocus Developer studio v 7.6.7 on my Vista Home edition PC. Though the installation is successful, I am receiving the following error message while launching the application.

I think this will be related to Vista Security.

The following solution provided in one of the search results worked -

Under Windows Vista it is recommended that Developer Studio opens under the new
Vista UAC security model:

1) Right-click on the WebFOCUS Developer Studio shortcut

2) Select properties

3) Click Advanced from the Shortcut tab

4) Check the option to Run as administrator

5) Restart Developer Studio
