I have a domain I migrated from 7 to 8, which if I add new users to ( non migrated). However, my id and my admin id cant see it. If I go to the user group report it shows the user as belonging to the domain group, but yet you cannot see the folder in the tree.This message has been edited. Last edited by: <Kathryn Henning>,
Yes , the folder is published and all of the other users can see it except these ids. I have granted every permission I can find and still not visable. The portal is visable, but reports say access denied.
What do you see if you sign in as the admin and go to Mode Manager. If you see it then, you might be able to check the properties and see what is going on.
Hi Emily thanks for the response. I tried to changing to manager mode and it still did not appear. However, I have another admin. I think where my issues is when I go to effective policy and look at those ID's It says "Access Resource Denied" , but I have set everything to permitted so I dont know how to get this to change.
