I need to schedule a report through report caster and report output should get saved in sharepoint. The report output is in PDF format. Can anybody help me in explaining the steps required to achieve this.
Thanks in advance ChaitraThis message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
You'll have to distribute the output of your ReportCaster job via FTP to a location where it can be used by Sharepoint. All of the distribution and access after that point is completely external to any WF/RC process. You may also be able to have RC kick off some script in a post-processing step, if that is necessary.

Darin

Hi Chaitra Adding to Darin's point, you'll need to make sure that the FTP server (in your case the sharepoint server) has WRITE access for the WebFOCUS user ID being used to FTP. You might have to contact your sharepoint admin for this.
When you schedule the reports through the RC, select the FTP option and specify the servername/location/username/pswd.
You should be all set. Hope this helps.
