When I Burst the report the filenames are rather cryptic and those are the values being picked up and put in the subject when using the '%BURST' parameter.
So for example, The burst value is AH but the file name is, Grade Changes2_000002AH008224.pdf Therefore in the subject line the file name is getting displayed and not just the college code of AH 'RC TEST for College 000002AH008224,000002BU008224,000002CP008224,000002ED008224,000002KE008224,000002TE008224'
