I can also connect on my side Doug without using the favs. Since it's an external access (not from VPN or internal network) I use an https certified url that pass our firewall. So, the user just have to enter it's credential. But I just need to customize a little the display to fit the organization layout.

Not sure if this is what you are asking. We are not using mobile here either but we do have custom external sign-on page. Ours is located on the Client Server under this folder structure C:\ibi\WebFOCUS82\config\web_resource
The custom pages are under our folder titled signin.

Referring my sample image, this is the default mobile login page and I can't find from where it comes from Or maybe I misunderstood the code and it's the same file with some part executed on mobile and some not...
