Java Web Service-SOAP

Hi all,
Related to previous post.
According to Newsletter http://www.informationbuilders...r/10-2/03_efrem.html , we tried to create SOAP.After creating the SOAP , we are not able to get the option "Enable for SOAP" When we right click on the fex file(Through webconsole "Procedure" option)

The post says for WebFOCUS 7.7. Are you using 7.7?
