After running a .fex that outputs a pivot table, there is always 'Sum of' in front of the print fields. Example:

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT SALE_VALUE AS 'Sale Value'
BY MODEL
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT, COLOR=BLUE, SIZE=9,$
TYPE=TITLE, STYLE=BOLD+UNDERLINE, SIZE=10,$
ENDSTYLE
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K PIVOT
END

When you open the pivot table the Data field is labeled as 'Sum of Sale Value'.

How do get rid of the 'Sum of' in front of the Print Field? Is it possible? Thanks

I have the same issue.
Can anyone help removing the text "sum of" before every measure field.

Hi nsk110483,

Per our technicals: With respect to EXL2K PIVOT files, you cannot rename the DATA column names to remove the "Sum of" section. The AS name will effect the column name part of this text but you cannot remove the "Sum of" section.
