[CASE-OPENED] EXL2K BYTOC fails because of an unrelated FOC32584 warning

Please see fex below.

See line 8. Because of the WHERE statement, the HOLD file H001 is empty.

See line 16. Because H001 is empty, a warning message is triggered:
(FOC32584) WARNING: FILE H001 IS EMPTY

In the last step, the BYTOC breaks the code - the Excel document is created but not displayed.

Comment line 8 and the Excel document is properly opened.

This is even though the first steps access GG databases and the last step access the CAR databae - completely unrelated.

Remove BYTOC and the Excel document is properly opened.
