I am trying in infoassist 8.0.07. Here is what I am trying to do.
I am creating a Pie chart which will display a particular measure in terms of percentage. I just want to show top 5 Slices . I have much more than 5 Slices and want to limit it to 5 in the chart how do I do it in Infoassist. This message has been edited. Last edited by: <Kathryn Henning>,
When you are creating your Chart in IA, seelect your Slices field in the Quesry panel and either right click and choose "5" under Sort -> Limit or in the Ribbon select 5 in the dropdown labeled "Limit" - you might need to switch to the "Field" tab to do this.
Switch between Up/Down sorting to get the Top or Bottom 5.
Hope this helps
