I have a hold file in the following format;

TeamID Name Division
1 John Doe 01
1 Jayne Doe 01
1 Doe Doe 01
2 Billy Bob 55
2 Bobby Bill 55

What I need is a hold file that takes the hold file above, finds the alike Team IDs and writes them onto a single line like below. The number of team members may vary.

TeamName Division
John Doe & Jayne Doe & Doe Doe 01
Billy Bob & Bobby Bill 55

I appreciate any insight anyone can provide!
