Hi,
I am trying to create groups in the MRE admin console. I created one successfully but am not able to create again.
I get the following error:
Description: WebFocus API Error: Failed to authenticate with Distribution Server. Check your configuration.
Action: Contact your administrator

I have not installed Reportcaster.
What do i do?

K, this is a tech support question, particular to your installation; they'll sign on to your machine with you via Remote Assist and fix whatever it is on your installation; Nobody on this board can do that for you.
