I have a graph that's displayed as a multi-graph in two columns. I want a single heading above them all, but I only seem to manage to get one above each instead. Is there some clean way to do this, or do I have to resort to inserting a -HTMLFORM?

The heading "Dealer cost per country" should appear only once on the top of the page in below example, but it displays above each and every graph:

Add a conditional Define Column. Refer it in the heading.

I was going to suggest ON GRAPH SUBHEAD, but in 7.6.6 it is either ignored or replaces the HEADING..... Wierd.
