Francis is correct.

You need -MRNOEDIT

This stops the MRE parser processing the line of code so it does not try to resolve the -INCLUDE
to validate it and check if there are any variables that it must resolve.

if you want to prevent the parser processing a block of code then use
-MRNOEDIT BEGIN
your code
-MRNOEDIT END
