.xlsm/.xltm is extension for MS Office 2007 and above. So, your output format must be either EXL07 or XLSX(better). But, if you really need to use the EXL2K, then it should be .mht and have XP machine/MS Office 2003 to create new/enchancing it.

Thank you I think the issue was with the file that it was trying to open. I created a new template with three tabs with Pivot tables. I want to open the existing file and have the data refreshed. Is this possible? Right now I'm getting No query information to decode.
I created the pivot tables using a macro. When I open the file locally it runs fine. When I open it through a report the file is opening but the macro is not running. Any ideas? File is xlsm, created with Excel 2010.
