Consider the following code and refresh me on how to display the "TEST" field as follows: Always right justified with leading zeros when it's numeric and right justified (as is) when it's alpha.
DEFINE FILE CAR
TEST/A10 = IF COUNTRY EQ 'JAPAN' THEN 'A12345' ELSE EDIT(DCOST) ;
END
TABLE FILE CAR
SUM DCOST/I10L TEST
BY COUNTRY
BY HIGHEST 1 MODEL
ON TABLE SET ASNAMES ON
ON TABLE SET HOLDLIST PRINTONLY
ON TABLE PCHOLD AS 'TEST_REPORT' FORMAT COMT
END

Nevermind... A CSV file is a CSV file and that's it. Format as desired in Excel once it's open.
