I have a Fex that you Submit..that creates a number of graphs held like below.

ON GRAPH HOLD AS ITEM1 FORMAT HTMTABLE
ON GRAPH HOLD AS ITEM2 FORMAT HTMTABLE

Then at the end there is a HTML that displays all the Graphs on one Page.
-HTMLFORM whynow

This is what calls the Graphs in the HTML.
!IBI.FIL.ITEM1;
!IBI.FIL.ITEM2;

All works great...but when you run it in ReportCaster...you get nothing.

I have tried this at the beginning of the FEX.....but no difference.

SET BASEURL=http://webfsahqd1/approot/call/
SET GRAPHSERVURL=http://webfsahqd1/ibi_apps/IBIGraphServlet

Anyone have other things to try?

The problem is that you are breaking the rules for ReportCaster distribution.

"The content must be self-contained in
a single answer set."

Graphs cannot be distributed in an HTMLFORM because the HTMLFORM does not physically contain the image.

Switch to PDF, using HOLD FORMAT GIF etc. for the images and it will work.

Prarie,

Although essentially JG is spot on with his advice I did get an RC job with HTML output and a graph working once but all the hassle of ensuring component availability plus the constant explanation to SalesPersonX that they could not "see their graphical images if they weren't connected to the LAN" encouraged my Client to accept the suggestion that it wasn't worth it! and they asked me to put the reports into PDF format - IMHO the better option Smiler
