I have a graph that uses a background image set using setTextureURL(getChartBackground(),"/images/custom/image1.jpg")
The image is in D:\ibi\WEBFOCUS76\ibi_html\javaassist\images\custom\ folder.
This worked just fine in the server that was upgraded from 7.14 to 7.64. But now we moved it to a brand new 7.64 install (not an upgrade). And for some reason, it can't find the image anymore.
So, where is the image supposed to be stored so that the graph can use it in setTextureURL?This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
I store my images in the app path. There was a post on this topic fairly recently. In 7.6.5, I don't see a custom folder under images for that path.
At any rate, it is not advisable to store custom anything is the IBI software directories unless you take very good notes and backups as these things get wiped out on an upgrade. If you still have your old software directories available or backed up, you could possibly get your image back.
