I have someone who was delivering a report that delivered it both on a webpage and pushed out as Excel within the same fex...Here would be an example:

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT *
END
-RUN
TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT *
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXCEL
END

This worked fine in version 7.1.4 using a cgi call, but we are upgrading to version 7.7.03 and changed to a servlet and now the report generates on the screen for the html and then has what I would call the background code/gibberish for the Excel directly below it in the WebBrowser.

Does anyone know of a way to make this work properly? It was fine in 7.1.4 when we did it with cgi calls

Well if you change the format to EXL2K, You lose the gibberish.
