Snippet of code:

I get the following message:
(FOC227) THE FOCEXEC PROCEDURE CANNOT BE FOUND:

When I replace &FEXRUN.EVAL with the actual program name, all is well. And, in that called program, &FEXRUN is available. But I cannot pass the &FEXRUN via the tag.

Help!

M, you need to surround the text in your post with code tags so that we can see it.
code taqs are the rightmost element in the icon menu in the post creation window.

Sorry....

Snippet of code:
lt INPUT TYPE="HIDDEN" NAME='IBIF_ex' VALUE='&FEXRUN.EVAL' gt

I get the following message:
(FOC227) THE FOCEXEC PROCEDURE CANNOT BE FOUND: lt MISSING gt

When I replace &FEXRUN.EVAL with the actual program name, all is well. And, in that called program, &FEXRUN is available. But I cannot pass the &FEXRUN via the lt INPUT gt tag.

Help!

Try something like this:

<input type="hidden" name="IBIF_ex" value="!IBI.AMP.FEXNAME;">

Do not forget the '!' at the start and the ';' at the end.

Regards,
Sean

Problem solved. Thanks for the help, anyway. I solved the problem by placing
 -SET &FEXRUN=&FEXRUN
elsewhere in the code.
