Anyone have any ideas?

Our shared reports show up in the Managed Reporting applet interface but not in the BID interface. I do have a case open with IBI but while I wait I'm curious if anyone out there has any ideas.

FYI, ChannyS has a case opened for this issue and programming is working on this. There is another customer requesting a product fix as well.
