Has anyone heard anything on WebFocus support of Oracle 11g? Oracle 11g will be released for Linux in August, and it looks like we will be upgrading to Oracle 11g soon afterwards. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
WebFocus 7.7.02, Oracle 11g, Windows Server 2008R2, Excel
Francis that's the iWay Services Manager not the WebFOCUS oracle adapter
WebFOCUS support for 11g is related both to Version of WebFOCUS and OP sys. in the case of linux it is also dependant on kernal version and if it is 32 or 64 bit
Gavin needs to give much more specific information about those items before an answer is worth anything.
However you can always use the 10g oracle client to access 11 although it may not generate optimized requests.
