I get zero for TYPEHIGH when I am expecting the sum of the two rows. What's wrong here?

For some reason, in the non-CAR report, the RECAP requires a numeric format.

(I would have deleted this whole thread, but the "Delete" option is not available in the first post.

Well, someone else may have the same issue, so its good to have available.

Besides, FML/FRL/FMR/SML/EMR or what ever its called now, can be a bit confusing.
