Using Excel as my output format. I need to print another row into the spreadsheet when I hit a control break on name.
For example

I am able to print the following

Name HRs Resason
Jones, Joe 8 Vacation
Jones, Joe 8 Sick
Johnson, Bill 8 Vacation
Johnson, Bill 4 Bereavment

The above represent the rows in the database I am reading



Managment would like to see this additional line in the report so they can determine the number of hours a particular staff member was available to our customers.

Name HRs Resason
Jones, Joe 8 Vacation
Jones, Joe 8 Sick
Jones, Joe 160 Available <============need to insert this line at control break on name
Johnson, Bill 8 Vacation
Johnson, Bill 4 Bereavment
Johnson, Bill 160 Available <============need to insert this line at control break on name

The line that references Available represents the hours the individual was available to work that month and is not a row in the table I am reading.
