I have a report that comes up in an HTML form in PDF format. If you use the adobe toolbar you can send the report to an email address by clicking on the email icon. what I would like is that the sent email address is always defaulted to a specific email address and not the actual persons email who is sending the document. Is this possible?

Do a search on EDAMAIL although I think it may only be available in versions 7.7.x and above. Your other option would be to use Report Caster.
