I need to create separate pdf's for each record in a file. How do I limit each pdf to ONE document, naming it appropriately so I can then email the pdf's to various groups?. I think this requires &variables and looping?

LaVonne, did you consider bursting with Report Caster? It seems like that would simply your task considerably.

BTW, please add your release to your profile signature and maybe your product suite so we don't wind up recommending a solution that won't work for you.

The data changes daily and I won't have the burst values RC needs to burst.

You can create the burst values on the fly. Check out dynamic distribution lists.
