Is it possible to format just the time out of a timestamp field?

Using report painter it generates
START_PROJECTED/HYYMDI
which shows up as
2011/03/08 07:30

as the format. I want to take out the date part of this, so it would just show 07:30.

Anyone know how to do this? Is it possible?

START_PROJECTED/HHI or
START_PROJECTED/HHIA if you want 07:30AM
