This is for a WebFocus GUI Created HTML report that has list boxes that are reading off of a Focus Table with some defines. For the past 6 months it runs perfect. Monday morning it runs, monday afternoon we get this error. The focs and defines haven't been touched for months.
ERROR: FOC1924, WARNING: ALLOCATION OF XXXXXX OVERRIDERS DATASET VALUE IN XXXXX
Does anyone even know what this means? The only reference I can find is something from 2005 that I don't think is relevent. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

Maybe the description of the error will point you in the right direction:
? 1924
(FOC1924) WARNING: ALLOCATION OF %1 OVERRIDES DATASET VALUE IN %1
Dataset value in master has been overridden by user's allocation of the ddname.
Which version and platform of WebFOCUS is this occurring on?
The Master can have a "DATASET" tag that specifies the location of the referenced file. Is there a user profile that's overriding this? Is there a FILEDEF in edasprof that's overriding this? Is there a FILEDEF in the fex that overrides this?
