I have a portal page that loads an HTML file that has multiple charts and reports. When the charts load, they begin with a white background. Once loaded they take on the background of the panel. The chart backgrounds are hidden, so they can take on the background of the panel. To try and resolve this, I even made the background of the charts equate to the panel background, but still they always begin with a white background. If I could make them begin with the panel background color, the loading would look so much more professional. Please review the screen capture link below to understand the affect better.

This is not a definite answer, but perhaps one or both of these suggestions might help.

1) Make the background colour of the panel transparent:



2) Uncheck Dynamic Report Styling for the BIP:
