I'm not sure if the world of developers have this, but I'd thought I'd ask.

I'm looking for a script that your helpdesk uses to do a level one debugging of their in-house WebFOCUS application. I'm trying to build a template of common questions helpdesks are instucted to ask when someone calls in with a problem with their WebFOCUS report.
