I have an HTML page that is populated with amper variables supplied by a .fex located in the same domain in MRE. I'd like to use a radio button to preselect the entry passed from the variable !IBI.AMP.S01C;

variable = !IBI.AMP.S01C;
variable values = CUS, SAL, NC, ''

-HTMLFORM BEGIN

CUSSALNC

-HTMLFORM END

If the variable is 'CUS' then I want 'CUS' (1st box) checked ELSE
If the variable is 'SAL' then I want 'SAL' (2nd box) checked ELSE
If the variable is 'NC' then I want 'NC' (3rd box) checked ELSE
If the variable is '' then I want 'CUS' (1st box) checked

Appreciate any help.

You would use JavaScript. Here's a very basic working example:

-SET &PARM1 = 'FRANCE';

-HTMLFORM BEGIN
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<SCRIPT type="text/javascript">
function Init()
{
for (var i = 0; i < document.form1.COUNTRY.length; i++)
  {
  if (document.form1.COUNTRY[i].value == '!IBI.AMP.PARM1;')
    {
    document.form1.COUNTRY[i].checked = true;
    break
    }
  }
}
</SCRIPT>
</HEAD>
<BODY onLoad="Init();">

<form name="form1" action="" method="get">

<input type="radio" name="COUNTRY" value="ENGLAND" checked>England
<input type="radio" name="COUNTRY" value="FRANCE">France
<input type="radio" name="COUNTRY" value="ITALY">Italy

</BODY>
</HTML>
-HTMLFORM END
