MRE is a standard part of DevStudio. You'll find it under the folder WebFOCUS Environments, not in the projects section. It will work if MRE has been installed at the time the webfocus client was installed.

Actually - MRE/CUS (the name evolves) is a multi-user JavaApplication server environment that is enabled with a key in the WebFOCUS client installation. A DeveloperStudio installation can access a MRE environment and has special tools for the environment(RepObject tool, etc.), BUT the MRE facility is not shipped as part of Developer Studio. It is only shipped as part of the WebFOCUS Client package.
