Hi, I've been trying to resolve an audit type request. I need to find when users were added to groups. I can easily find when the user was created but unless I dig through the log daily files, which is not too easy, I cannot find a source for this information. I've been looking in the repository db and the UOA_ tables, but no luck. Does anyone know where this information might be where I can get to it and report off of it? I've searched the Focal Point logs and did not find anything. Any help?

I think that the logs are the only source for that type of information.
I normally create synonyms for the log file(s) in question and use WebFOCUS to report from them. The hardest part is analysing the log content and evolving the synonym(s).

How are users added to groups? Manually in WebFOCUS or external via for instance Active Directory?
Manually in WebFOCUS, check the audit.log file for addUserToGroup. Depending on your settings audit.log might only have 2 weeks of data. With external autorisation you need to query the external system.
We add users to groups manually through Security Center. I've now gotten this set up to report off of the daily logs, we go back 60 days so I have some history available. I'll set up a RC job to do this daily as we move forward.
