I've been requested to create some reports using the reports that Resource Analyzer generates combined with other data. Does Resource Analyzer use WebFOCUS to generate the reports? If so where are the focexecs located, what are they named, where are the MFD's used by those focexecs, and what the MFD's named?

Have a look in srvx.x\home\bin\catalog and srvx.x\wfs\catalog. I would suggest that you should NOT modify or use the IBI code. However, the data, whether that reside in a Focus db or a RDBMS of some sort, must be possible for you to use.
Our resource analyzer data is stored in an Oracle database. We generated Metadata for the tables and then created our own reports. The default ones from IBI have very little of the data that we actually wanted to report on. Plus our end users didn't like the interface. Now they have a dashboard from which they can select and run customized reports based on the data.
