Need help organizing the report results in XLSX format from vertically to horizontally please. Item Number and HTS are both columns


Current report results, 2 columns in XLSX:

Need to display with HTS in 1 column in XLSX:

Here is an example with CAR as the 1st column BY COUNTRY with COUNTRY the 2nd column:
