I normally create a program with a prompt for a value. This automatically generates a html screen which allows the User to enter a value. For some reason the screen appears but the area to enter teh variable is missing.

No it's not a key word, I get the prompt the first time , where I can enter the details, but the second time I try to run it the input bit of the screen does not appear
