I know that you can say "WHERE TOTAL SALES GT 1200", but is there a way to just say "WHERE TOTAL GT 0", so that you do not have to specify the column name... it just will take out any column who's total is equal to 0? Thanks! This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

Mark,
The WHERE TOTAL condition does not take out a column but a row. Are you saying that if the column total is zero you don't want to display the column? Or are you implying that if there is one column value equal to zero you don't want the whole line?

To remove columns that are zero, you will have to preprocess the data to determine which ones are zero, and use Dialog Manager to comment the columns out.
SET HOLDLIST=PRINTONLY
TABLE FILE CAR
SUM SALES NOPRINT
BY CAR
IF TOTAL SALES EQ 0
ON TABLE HOLD
END
-RUN
TABLE FILE CAR
SUM SALES BY MPG IN-GROUPS-OF 5 ACROSS CAR
IF CAR NE (HOLD)
ON TABLE COLUMN-TOTAL
END
